Shipping Costs
Shipping is free for orders over $100 USD. For orders under $100, shipping costs vary by region and will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping From
Orders ship from our Las Vegas, Nevada warehouse for U.S. customers or from our global fulfillment center for most international destinations.
Processing Time
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.
Shipping Options
We offer Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping at checkout. Expedited orders are shipped using a faster carrier service for an additional cost.
Custom Engraved Items
Custom engraved or personalized items require 1–2 weeks for production before shipping due to individual handling and engraving. During peak holiday seasons, production may take up to 2 weeks.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier's system.
Shipping Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your address before completing your purchase. We are not liable for packages that are undeliverable or returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to sender due to an address error, we will contact you to obtain the corrected address and send an invoice for the reshipment label. The order will be reshipped once the reshipment fee is paid.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States and over 150 international destinations worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times for international orders vary by country and will be displayed at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
