Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.


Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
 • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
 • The item must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
 • Returns must be authorized by our team before being sent back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email support@humbler.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions and the correct return address.
Please do not return your package to the address on the shipping label.


Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email support@humbler.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
 • Photos or videos showing the damage
 • A photo of the shipping box and label


Once approved, we’ll ship a free replacement or process a refund if the item is out of stock.


Custom or Personalized Items
Custom engraved or personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or canceled once production has begun.


Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a trackable service — we are not responsible for lost return shipments.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Processing times vary by bank or card provider.


Partial Refunds or Denied Returns
We reserve the right to issue partial refunds or deny returns if an item:
 • Is not in its original condition
 • Shows signs of wear, damage, or misuse
 • Is missing parts or packaging
